Who may attend the Civil Nuclear Energy Workshop: Partnering for Implementation?

Attendance for this event is limited to individuals, firms, or consultants from the U.S. or USTDA-eligible countries in Europe and Eurasia as defined by USTDA’s Nationality Source and Origin Requirements available on USTDA’s website at  www.USTDA.govAs well as other individuals nominated by USTDA. 

What type of networking opportunities can I expect during the workshop?

There will be networking breaks and lunches.

Will the workshop cover travel expenses and food?

Complimentary food and beverages will be provided to all attendees. Attendees are responsible for all other costs related to the event, which may include, but are not limited to, their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

How do I receive access to the presentations from the workshop?

We ask each participant to complete a survey sharing their feedback on various aspects of the workshop. Upon completion of the survey we will provide you with electronic copies of the presentations, as allowed by each speaker.

Why is it so important that I complete a survey at the end of the workshop?

To assess event outcomes and inform future programming, USTDA conducts surveys for internal use to capture the details of what transpires at every event it hosts. All individual responses are kept confidential.

Following the workshop, is there a way you can help me stay connected with fellow participants and delegates?

Yes, we can assist you in following up with any of the workshop participants.

What do I need to know about traveling to London?

Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for travel to the United Kingdom. Please review the official United Kingdom Government website linked here for the most up to date guidance on visa requirements, entry procedures, and travel advisories. We strongly recommend completing all required customs and immigration declaration forms prior to arrival in order to expedite processing time at the airport.
